A Measured Studios Lab prototype

See whether the call supports the CRM outcome.

For sales managers and revenue operations teams investigating recorded sales outcomes. Explore the claim, available evidence, and questions a reviewer still needs to resolve.

Development-stage prototype. The current pilot runs locally on approved redacted exports.

Synthetic teaching example—hand-authored, not generated audit output

Selected example: Supporting evidence

Recorded outcome
Appointment set
Available evidence
Synthetic call A - fictional excerpt
Tuesday at ten works. Send the invitation to the address we confirmed.
Interpretation
The excerpt supports an expressed agreement to an appointment.
What this cannot establish
It does not establish that an invitation was sent or that the meeting happened.
Suggested human next step
Apply the organization's appointment policy and confirm the interpretation.

The current pilot

From supplied records to a reviewable question.

  1. Supply approved exportsAfter agreement, use already-redacted files in the local pilot. No live connector is activated.
  2. Match recordsLink records using explicit rules and retain the source trail. Unresolved matches remain visible.
  3. Inspect evidenceCompare the recorded outcome with the available call evidence and identify unanswered questions.
  4. Review the questionsA human applies the agreed policy, considers missing context, and decides what to investigate next.

Pilot boundaries

Know what the evidence can tell you.

Local files. Read-only.

The bounded pilot reads approved redacted exports in SHADOW_READ_ONLY mode. It does not connect to your CRM or write back.

A traceable source trail.

The importer records source hashes and record lineage, reports unmapped fields, and checks that input files remain unchanged.

Context stays with people.

A missing record or ambiguous excerpt is a question to resolve. It is not proof of a false outcome or a basis for disciplinary action.

Agree before evaluation.

Approved files, authorized use, custody, access, retention, and deletion must be agreed before any real data handling.

How to interpret these examples

Supporting evidence bears on a specific recorded claim; it does not establish every later event. Insufficient context leaves the interpretation unresolved. Missing evidence means the supplied material cannot answer the question.

A contradiction requires evidence directly opposing a claim. Neither missing evidence nor ambiguity establishes a contradiction. The examples teach these distinctions; they are not classifications generated by the audit engine.

The executable pilot retains source identity and reports unmatched or unmapped inputs. Its local audit states and the separately proposed SaaS finding taxonomy are different contracts. A reviewer still needs the agreed policy and appropriate context.

Start with the workflow

Bring a question your current tools leave open.

In a 40-minute discovery conversation, we will discuss the last investigation, the tools you already use, and what a useful review would need to show. No customer records are needed.

If there is a recurring problem and a feasible data path, we can discuss a bounded export evaluation. Scope, acceptance measures, and commercial terms require a separate agreement.
